"I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace" (Ephesians 4:1-3; NKJV).
Endeavoring - to use speed, i.e. to make effort, be prompt or earnest (Strong's).
Unity is possible. You must be willing. I must be willing. We must be willing to be one in Him.
Our Father would have us to be earnest in our pursuit of unity. We are to make every effort to be one in Christ. Let us be about the business of "endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace!"

He is Able
"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen" (Ephesians 3:20-21; NKJV).
Able - dunamai - to be able, have power (Thayer’s).
He is able to do for us what we most desperately need...
“Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to God our Savior, Who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen" (Jude 24-25; NKJV).

The Role of the Church in God's Eternal Purpose
"...to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places..." (Ephesians 3:10; NKJV).
In this present time the church makes known the manifold wisdom of God to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places. All of this is "according to the eternal purpose which" the Father "accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Ephesians 3:11; NKJV).
The church is the expression of God's wisdom!
